T-Box App 1.5.1

The T-Box App offers educational institutions an efficient and straightforward means to share relevant information with their community members, primarily parents and guardians.

Is there a news item to share with the entire community? With just a few steps, the platform administrator at the school can create a news update containing text, images, and links. Once published, this information is delivered directly to all community members via their smartphone app. Similarly, the app facilitates the sharing of newsletters, school calendar events, institutional documents, and assignment notices.

Access to T-Box App requires an account designated for students, teachers, or guardians. These accounts are managed by each educational institution and are activated annually in accordance with the service contract with T-Box.

The application is organized into four primary sections:

• Agenda
  • This section displays all homework assignments and school events, organized chronologically and distinguished by color coding. Users can filter the view to see either the complete agenda or specific categories such as “School Events.”
• School Information
  • This area contains essential updates shared by the institution:
  • • Notices of importance for the community
    • General school information
    • Bulletins regarding topics of interest to all or specific groups within the community
    • School calendar displaying upcoming events and assignment deadlines set by teachers
    • Institutional documents such as regulations, policies, and educational publications
• Student Space
  • This section provides access to the T-Box Planet wall and key features of T-Box School if the institution utilizes this tool. Guardians with multiple children enrolled should select the specific student from their account settings to view personalized information. The displayed content varies according to this selection.
  • From here, users can:
  • • View posts made by teachers and classmates within the student’s grade level
    • Check attendance records for specific dates
    • Review grade summaries per term
    • Access details of scheduled meetings and appointments
    • Verify assigned conduct codes for each period
• Messages
  • The final section enables users to send and respond to text messages within their contact network connected to their profile. The “New Message” button initiates a new conversation with available contacts.
  • Through Settings, users can log out of the app, enable or disable notifications, and change language preferences.
  • Notifications serve as alerts for new assignments or important updates. Upon viewing a notification, users can read a summary or access detailed information within the app.
